Log into your account on the Timex India website and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the watch is unworn, has all original tags attached, and is placed back in its original presentation box along with the warranty card.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package after your request is approved.
Refund Processing
